Chinese New Year is celebrated for 15 days and that is not including the Reunion Dinner on the eve of Chinese New Year. I observed that throughout these 15 days especially on the first 3 days, it is a common practice and culture that people greet each other with various Chinese New Year greetings and phrases. These greetings and phrases are always said or written in 4 Chinese characters. It is my favourite aspect of Chinese New Year tradition.
